I love to cook and eat.  It is a passion for me and I cook daily.  My family has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, and although I'm not in the food industry..the enthusiasm for eating delicious food and eating healthy lives on in my kitchen.  I can not promise that all of my posted recipes will help with your waste line, but I am confident your taste buds will be satisfied.

A lot of the recipes will be considered fusion type cuisine because it will be like East meets West type dishes.  Western veggies with Asian spices.  Chew slowly and enjoy.

Teriyaki Dry Ribs "Memphis" Style.

French baguette slightly toasted, olive oil, spinach, fresh tomatoes, mustard, Swiss cheese, and roatiserie chicken pulled off the bone.  Served with baked BBQ chips.


Almost Adkins like.  This is pan fried Cowboy steak cooked medium, spiced with Montreal Seasoning, topped with sauteed Vidalia onions.  Served with mixed veggies, and a fresh cranberry spinach salad. Mmmmm good.
